We're looking for mentors and mentees for the 2026 edition of our EMMpower Mentorship programme.
From March to December 2026, the programme will support music managers across Europe with long-term, structured mentoring focused on:
- Strategic thinking
- Professional skills
- Career sustainability
- Building stronger careers for managers and their artists
Through one-to-one mentoring, expert-led workshops, peer learning, and access to a strong pan-European network, EMMpower connects experience with a new generation of music managers.
Who can apply?
- Experienced music managers can apply to act as mentors, supporting emerging professionals.
- Early- and mid-stage music managers can apply as mentees, developing their skills, strategies, and professional confidence.
Both mentors and mentees benefit from high-quality training, international exchange, and the EMMA community.
