As a result, there is an increasing need for creative and resilient music managers who can navigate the industry’s ever-changing landscape. European Music Managers Alliance (EMMA) is launching the EMMpower Mentorship Program to address this need.

This program connects early-stage music managers with established professionals in other European countries, providing them with the support and guidance they need to build sustainable careers for their artists and succeed in an increasingly competitive industry.

Running from April to December 2023, the EMMpower Mentorship Program is designed to help emerging managers gain practical tools, proven knowledge, and best practices that they can use to improve their skills and competitiveness on a global scale.

By working with experienced European managers who will serve as paid mentors, mentees will receive valuable guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of the music industry. They will also be able to build connections and relationships with other music professionals from across Europe, expanding their network and opportunities for collaboration.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row bg_type=”bg_color” css=”.vc_custom_1681207669967{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][vc_column][ultimate_heading main_heading=”2023 EMMpower Mentors” alignment=”left” margin_design_tab_text=””][/ultimate_heading][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row bg_type=”bg_color” bg_color_value=”#f2f2f2″ css=”.vc_custom_1679350588776{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/5″][vc_single_image image=”2912″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”4/5″][vc_column_text]
