The European Music Managers Alliance brings together organisations across Europe to support the development, professionalisation and representation of managers and their artists. Connecting with more than 3,000 professionals, representing 12,000+ artists.
With 18 member organisations across Europe, EMMA is a gateway to the key decision-makers and leaders of the music ecosystem. Connected across all sectors of the industry – from live and recorded music to publishing, sync and studios – managers and artists are at the centre of everything we do. We work towards a better future for artists, musicians and their managers, fostering a diverse and representative industry through targeted opportunities, capacity building, networking, research and advocacy.
Managers play a pivotal role at the heart of the industry, serving as the bridge connecting artists to the broader professional landscape.
Representing and advocating for their artists, their work encompasses everything from contract negotiation to creative direction.
Managers are a vital part of the industry with a powerful decision making role.
We work on three core levels delivering these kinds of activities: EU & international, national alongside our members, and on an individual basis with managers themselves.
